1. Where do I find Ricolia products?

2. What forms of payment can I use?

Ricolia accepts PayPal, Visa, America Express, Discover, and all transaction will be processed in USD.

3. How long does it take to receive my order?

Shipping times are dependent on your selected shipping method.Please allow 2 – 4 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) for your items to process and an additional time frame of 5 – 10 business days for standard domestic shipments and 7 – 30 business days for international standard to be received. 4. How do I return or exchange my order?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Ricolia products purchase, simply contact us at info@ricoliabeauty.com and then return the merchandise. We will be happy to remit your account for the amount of the purchase less shipping fees. Refund requests must be made within 30 days from the receipt of merchandise.

5. How do I change or cancel my order?

Contact us within three hours of placing your order by e-mail at info@ricoliabeauty.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

6. I received the wrong product, can I return it?

7. My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents, and contact us as soon as possible at info@ricoliabeauty.com

8. Why is my favorite product discontinued? Can I still purchase?

9. How are Ricolia eyelashes produced?

Ricolia lashes are made from either synthetic fibers or faux mink fibers. They are cruelty-free and hand made in China.

10. What makes Ricolia eyelashes different from other eyelashes brands on the market?

The Ricoliabeauty website is designed to help you find your eye shape and then assist you in selecting the best eyelashes based on your own eye shape.

Ricolia eyelashes use the highest quality synthetic fibers and faux mink fiber materials. Some of our eyelashes are hand made in China. Ricolia eyelashes are carefully selected from over 600 options.
