Standard Shipping Policy
All continental US packages are shipped by our chosen carrier, USPS.
Please allow 5-10 days to receive your shipment!
Some express and priority shipments may be shipped and delivered by UPS. Ricolia is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments including Priority and Express shipping options. If a package is considered lost or damaged please contact via info@ricoliabeauty.com within 10 days from the last scanned date.
Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender. Ricolia is not liable for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages; and any return packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender. Ricolia has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to the fulfillment facility.
All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed.
