Return Policy:

We want you to completely satisfied with your order! If you are not satisfied with your order, we will refund you the amount of you merchandise purchase for all returned merchandise. Please contact us immediately at info@ricoliabeauty.com.

     * Refunds need to be addressed within 30 days from receipt.  

     * Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee, and it is not refundable.

      * Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order as the "Bill To" Customer. Please allow 7-15 business days for your refund to be processed.
